Travel to your door

On-site visits are free in Newberg and Dundee. Nearby towns add a small, flat fee, shown again when you book. Remote sessions and Quick Chats never have one.

Prices are labor only. Repair parts such as drives, memory, and OS licenses are billed at our cost with no markup, and we shop for the best price we can find for you. These are bench prices; the same work done remotely or on-site is billed at our hourly rate. Data recovery is quoted separately after a quick evaluation, since failed drives vary.
