Best when it's physical or spread across your home or office, WiFi dead zones and whole-home networking, hardware that won't power on, setting up a new computer or printer in place, smart-home setup or reset, or hands-on help across several devices. It also covers anything we'd do in a remote session, if you'd simply rather have us there in person. $95 for the first hour (one-hour minimum), then $45 per 30 minutes. Travel is free in Newberg and Dundee, with a small fee for nearby areas (shown when you book) and anything further out confirmed first. Members save on labor.
We pick it up and bring it back, no need to come to us. Flat-fee jobs with no clock to watch, usually same or next day.

On-site visits include free travel in Newberg and Dundee; nearby towns like Dayton, Lafayette, McMinnville, and Sherwood add a small travel fee, and the Wilsonville, Tualatin, and Tigard area a bit more (you'll see it when you book). Further out, just ask and we'll confirm travel first.

Either plan is open to anyone and can be cancelled anytime; individual sessions are billed separately at your member rate. A membership covers you and your household or small business, it isn't for resale or for sharing with others outside your home or business.
